This PalmPilot / Palm inspection application was designed and programmed for a state highway construction department. The purpose of the application is to inspect the progress of construction on roads and highways.  The user may either write in data, touch the arrow for drop down menus or tap the "paper" icons to bring up other forms related to that section.   The user may also collect a signature when the form is completed.
